Magento Frontend Lead

About Position.

We are looking for a strong Magento Frontend Lead to join our team. You will be a part of the team on the project of one of the biggest retailers in the US. We want the person with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and leadership skills to join and collaborate with the team and client.

Responsibilities.

  • Implement the project using Magento 2 best practice and maintain the code standards;
  • Research and work with 3rd parties API
  • Build solution architecture
  • Development of Best Practices Implementation: Unit Testing (TDD), Code Review, CI/CD, GitFlow
  • Team leadership
  • Collaborate with the development team and with the Client’s team;
  • Provide status and progress reports.

Required Technical Skillset.

  • Be Magento 2 certified developer;
  • 5+ years of experience in Magento development on the frontend side;
  • strong understanding of OOP;
  • experience with Magento 2;
  • experience with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap;
  • experience with JavaScript, jQuery, DOM manipulation;
  • experience with integrating JSON data sources and APIs;
  • experience building PWA;
  • experience working with high-load projects;
  • experience in leading a team of more than 3 people.

Required Other Skills.

  • Upper-intermediate level of English;
  • Understanding of Scrum process;
  • Work in task tracking tools (Jira);
  • Teamwork;
  • Problem-solving.
